    Description
    Element has an exciting opportunity for an Test Analyst to become part of our growing IT Operations Team.

    As our Test analyst you will be responsible for testing various systems, including D365 products, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

    Create test scenarios, scripts, and plans to ensure good scenario coverage is achieved from the testing process and work with business stakeholders and internal IT teams to execute those test plans.

    Facilitate User Acceptance Testing within the business to ensure that acceptance criteria is met.

    Raise issues in accordance with the product defect lifecycle and perform root cause analysis on issues found during test execution.

    Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
    Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
    Knowledge of automated testing, ideally RSAT or similar.
    Testing Dynamics 365 products would be a big advantage.
