The delivery of large-scale civils infrastructure and earthworks for 1500 new homes, local centre, primary school and outdoor sports facilities.

The role will be managing the complex infrastructure projects to ensure financial and non-financial targets to our clients and partners.

Reviewing, challenging and delivering the required civils and earthworks infrastructure in line with planning consent and contractual agreements with contractors.

Highway Section Agreements.
Understanding of contractor's contractual obligations.
Identify and manage risks to prevent delays.
Manage the challenges arising from large scale mixed-use strategic development and infrastructure schemes.
