• Develop and implement effective social media strategies that align with the company's goals and brand identity.
• Manage, curate, and create engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools. Provide regular reports and insights to the team.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive community on our social media platforms.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform changes, and best practices in social media marketing.
• Stay informed about our competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Experience using AI tools to support your marketing and communication objectives.
• An interest and knowledge of the Clean Energy Sector would be an advantage.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Working within a startup environment you must be comfortable with supporting other business functions when needed.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and emerging trends.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools and basic video editing is a plus.
• Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
