- Lead workshops and discovery sessions to identify pain points, streamline workflows, and develop strategies for maximizing ROI through CPQ enhancements.
- Drive the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from solution design and configuration to testing, training, and post-deployment support.
- Provide ongoing guidance and best practices to optimize CPQ processes, improve sales efficiency, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant with a focus on CPQ implementations, preferably within the Software industry.
- Strong understanding of CPQ processes, including product configuration, pricing rules, discounting strategies, and quote generation.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration, customization, and integration with other Salesforce clouds and external systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist are highly desirable.
