Operating on commercial and industrial projects across the UK, they consistently deliver exceptional results.

Their expertise in single ply, hot melt, and bitumen felt roofing however, they have opened their gates to the facades and cladding sector in order to expand their business.

Our client is a growing started off as a roofing contractor specialising in all things roofing.

They prioritize personal freedom within the workforce and utilize unique buying strategies and specialist product knowledge to drive innovation and deliver the best value to a national customer base.

Now, they are seeking a driven and self-motivated Estimator to help build on their current success and achieve a £9m turnover within three years.

Quality-focused with high attention to detail.

• Estimate various roofing projects.
• Ensure sufficient information is available to price the project accurately.
• Collaborate with the precontract team for tender planning.
• Conduct project analysis and prepare takeoffs for procurement.
• Conduct handover meetings with the postcontract team.
• Participate in precontract and posttender meetings.
• 4 years' experience in an estimating role specifically in cladding and facades.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Teams, and optionally Bluebeam.
• Become an integral part of a highgrowth team and help shape the business to become a market leader.
