Our client is looking for a Technical Account Management to join a fast paced, agile, innovative and growing team. You'll be the primary technical interface into clients, acting as advisors to help with technology and data sourcing decisions.

A key part of the role is to handle pre-sales requirements:

  • Partnering with the account team (Sales and Product Specialists) to identify and provide technical qualification of sales opportunities
  • Understanding client technical strategy and roadmap, matching solutions against those requirements
  • Providing proposed requirements for implementing and supporting new products
  • Project management forming a comprehensive integration plan across multiple regions
  • Leading the engagement, leveraging the necessary internal resources to ensure a successful delivery of the agreed solution
  • Developing account plans with clear goals against which you will execute
  • Building and maintaining a strategic relationship with your client base
  • Ensuring comprehensive level of service delivery
  • Leading steering committee and regular service review meetings
  • Client building across all vertical IT and business silos (Equities, FI etc ) with CTO, Architecture, Infrastructure, Sourcing etc.
  • 10+ years of experience in a technical client facing role (Pre-Sales, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager)
  • Knowledge of financial market data products, delivery services, APIs and protocol technologies
  • Experience in a consultative sales or strategic account management role where you have been a part of a client engagement in financial services industry
  • The ability to travel
