- Create and curate engaging content for our social media/CRM channels.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across various social platforms.
- Implement social media/CRM strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Foster relationships with our online community through proactive engagement and timely responses.
- Identify opportunities for community growth and engagement initiatives.
- Provide timely and helpful responses to customer inquiries and feedback received via social media channels.
- Compile and analyse data from social media/CRM campaigns to generate monthly/quarterly/yearly reports on key metrics and insights.
- Use insights to optimise future social media/CRM strategies and content.
- Conduct AB testing, time of day testing, and day of week testing to optimise the timing and effectiveness of social media/CRM posts.
- Assist in building and scheduling generic emails on a week-to-week basis.
- Participate in studio shoots and product sending processes as needed.
- Actively contribute to marketing administrative tasks.
- Manage translation needs and liaise with translators - mainly French and German markets.
- Support event planning and execution when required.
- Contribute ideas and innovations to improve Social & CRM marketing strategies.
- Source articles for blog content, proofread, and coordinate with freelancers for content creation.
- Conduct competitor and trend analysis across email, social media, and branding.
- Maintain general website hygiene by proofreading, checking images, and fixing errors.
- Gain experience in scheduling platforms such as Sprout Social, Shopify, and Insider/Klaviyo.
- Assist with New Product Development (NPD) launch planning.
- Active interest in fitness.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Hardworking and ready to immerse oneself in tasks.
- Creative mindset with experience in copywriting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with scheduling platforms (Klaviyo, Insider, Sprout Social).
- Experience in social media marketing and CRM preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Analytical skills - experience in navigating different platforms to condense, analyse and report on data.
- Design skills - familiar with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Canva and experience with designing assets preferable.
- Experience with Shopify or other backend systems.
- Familiarity with AB testing methodologies and data analysis.
- Prior exposure to channel analysis and marketing reporting.
- Willingness to learn, work collaboratively and grow within the role.
