    Now Trends Consultancy** is excited to offer an exceptional career opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager role on behalf of a prestigious client in the high-end furniture and decoration sector.     Responsibilities:
    • Organize the welcoming of customers to provide a unique and relevant brand experience: greet and guide them through their purchasing journey with care and attention, offering expert advice and cultivating loyalty through product expertise and a highly professional and quality-driven sales approach.
    • Ensure the store's presentation is impeccable, overseeing general maintenance, adhering to merchandising standards, managing stockrooms, maintaining the premises, and complying with safety guidelines.
    • Coordinate the setup of deliveries and the receipt of goods.
    • Organize and prepare inventories, control stock levels.
    • Manage task distribution within the team according to activity fluctuations and team members' strengths.
    • Participate in personnel management and motivation: training, guiding, and involving the sales team in the development of the store and achieving objectives set by the Management, ensuring quality internal communication.
    • Ensure quality internal communication, conveying action plans defined by management to the sales team.
    • Handle administrative and accounting management of the store, including invoice receipt & reconciliation, monitoring cash movements, and bank deposits.
    • Support the Store Manager in all their duties and stand in during their absence.

    Required Skills:
    • Mastery of sales techniques and team leadership and motivation techniques.
    • General knowledge of stock management rules and inventory procedures.
    • Excellent written and oral expression, embodying the brand's values and high-end offering.

    Personal Qualities:
    • Impeccable presentation and courteousness, embodying the brand's high standards as an ambassador.
    • Positive disposition, organizational skills, team spirit, adaptability, listening skills, humility, curiosity, creativity, and physical fitness to participate actively in daily store life.
    • A huge passion for furniture, decoration, and interior design is essential.

    Additional Requirements:
    This position requires the willingness to work on weekends and bank holidays. Candidates who prefer a Monday to Friday work schedule are kindly asked to refrain from applying.
    Senior Sales Assistants or Supervisors looking to advance their career are encouraged to apply for this role, provided they have a significant interest in progressing within the furniture and decoration industry.

    This is a full-time, permanent position. Candidates must possess the legal right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship and should already reside within the UK.
