MEM Recruitment seeking a detail-oriented Transport Admin to join our team based in Corby.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in a transportation setting.
Duties:
Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Perform data entry tasks to update transportation records
- Assist in clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Strong clerical skills for office organization
- Excellent organizational skills to manage transportation schedules efficiently
- Ability to computerize data accurately and efficiently
- Experience in data entry for maintaining records
- Knowledge of general office tasks such as typing and administrative duties
- Proficient phone etiquette for effective communication
Additional information:
Must have valid UK licence for minimum of 2 years.
