    Are you passionate about delivering top-notch compliance support? As a vital member of our team, you'll be the go-to expert for our advisers, providing essential responses to their queries through email, TEAMS, or telephone. This role is primarily based at our Head Office, serving advisers across the UK.

    What We're Looking For:

    · Minimum 3 years in a financial services organization.

    · Level 4 diploma in financial planning (or working towards it).

    · Strong knowledge of COBS, ICOB, MCOB, and regulatory requirements.

    · Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Offer ongoing support to advisers via various communication channels.

    · Assess and respond to financial and regulatory queries.

    · Contribute to adviser induction courses and regional meetings.

    · Identify and build key relationships within and outside the company.
