Guest Services Assistant (Door Person)

Salary:
£32,795 + £3000 Service Charge.

As a Guest Services Assistant, you will be an integral part of our front-of-house team, responsible for providing warm, friendly, and attentive service to all guests.

Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfil guest requests and preferences.
Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of public areas, including the lobby and reception area.
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not essential.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of local attractions and amenities is an advantage. Competitive salary of £21,673 per annum.
Additional £2,500 Service Charge distributed annually.
