East London.You will receive a competitive salary of
£11.05 per hour.

About the Drivers
role:

We are seeking reliable and conscientious part time minibus
Drivers throughout East London.

Generally working in a team of two with a Passenger Assistant you will be responsible for transporting vulnerable persons including elderly adults.

This role suits all types of individuals but is best suited to retirees who have previously worked as bus, coach or taxi/private hire drivers or those that have worked in the wider educational, care, transport, logistic or emergency services sectors.

Tosafely transport day care customers to and from their homes to the centre in the borough of Tower Hamlets with a passenger escort

This is a responsible and highly rewarding role that suits those with a professional, friendly nature.

What we're looking for in our Drivers:

Excellent driving and communication skills
Minibus/passenger type vehicle driving experience
Full driving licence, with a category D licence
Basis Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)
MIDAS qualification
Some experience in customer care, working with vulnerable people or health care
Clean UK Driving Licence held for minimum of 2 years, over the age of 25 years
Experienced in moving and handling people
Proven experience of operating a tail lift and associated safety equipment for wheelchair access in vehicles e.g. harnesses/clamps
