Plumber / Multi Plumber on a
full time, permanent
basisbased at our Old Oak in
West London.In return, you will receive a competitive salary of
£34,000 - £35,105 per annum.

As our
Plumber / Multi Plumber,you will assist with the Maintenance Operations in the smooth delivery of a quality customer focused service.

You will be skilled to a multi trade level to assist the 'Right First Time' culture we promiseour clients. You should also be capable of promoting the PGM Brand

Ideally, you will demonstrate primary trade background to ensure the experience will assist in ensuring a quality and efficient delivery.

Ensuring that you are organised to carry out a multiple number of tasks or calls per day as directed by the Operationsteam ensuring we are carrying out an efficient service within our service level agreements.

Due to our exciting and ambitious growth plans, the work environment for this role is likely to be fast paced and frequently changing.

To work effectively in this role, you will need to be flexible around duties and tasks undertaken and/or base location.

All duties expected of the post-holder will be within the same level of responsibility and terms and conditions of employment.

What we're looking for in our Plumber / Multi Plumber:

?Essential

Plumbing experience
Full UK driving License

Desirable

Experience working for a Housing Association
City & Guilds/ NQV qualification (Or relevant experience with strong references)
Site Operative CSCS card
First Aid Trained
Part P qualified or unvented

As our
Plumber / Multi Plumber,you will be required to work on an annualised hours contract. This allow the organisation increased flexibility in matching working time to service requirements. The introduction of annualised hours is aimedat providing cover for employee absence and peak periods on a flexible basis.

Annualised Hours will be worked flexibly and according to the needs of the service. This may include working unsocial hours, weekends and bank holidays. You will also be required to agree to work a minimum number of hours per annum. (Pro-Rate to a 42.5-hourweek)
