    Hayward Hawk is delighted to be working in exclusive partnership with a Global Fintech business as they recruit a Total Rewards Manager to join their scaling Belfast office. The Total Rewards Manager will play a pivotal role as the subject matter expert in total rewards worldwide. This position presents a unique opportunity to shape my Client's total rewards strategy, ensuring competitive compensation and benefits packages that drive employee engagement and organisational success.     The Role

    • Design, implement, and advocate global total rewards strategy, encompassing compensation, benefits, recognition, and incentives
    • Lead all aspects of compensation cycles, including bonuses, sales commissions, and executive compensation
    • Conduct comprehensive market research, benchmark analyses, and manage surveys to maintain competitive and compliant compensation packages.
    • Develop and maintain salary framework, utilising data-driven models to forecast costs and identify emerging trends.
    • Manage and optimise reward and recognition programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency.
    • Oversee benefit programs to ensure compliance, cost-effectiveness, and a positive employee experience.
    • Provide support to HR stakeholders by conducting compensation analysis for offers, mobility, immigration, and issue resolution.
    • Create clear and informative compensation communications
    • Leverage data analysis to drive both tactical and strategic decision-making.
    • Lead total rewards due diligence and integration processes for acquisitions, staying abreast of industry developments.
    The Person
    • 5 years experience in a similar position ideally with a global organisation
    • Extensive experience in global total rewards, particularly in compensation principles and market analysis.
    • In-depth knowledge of relevant compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
    • Proven ability to design compensation programs, including job evaluation, salary structures, and incentives.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex total rewards concepts effectively.
    • Self-motivated with excellent judgment, ability to meet deadlines, and adept at multitasking.
    • Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and ideally HRIS systems (such as Workday).
