Quality Engineer

This is a role leading establishing processes, setting efficient controls into processes to ensure achieving planned results and outputs including process capacity, capability, costs, and quality.

This role has close working relationship with quality team members, with NPD, engineering, process, production, tooling, operations, internal and external customers and suppliers.

Quality Engineer

Engage with internal and external customers, engineering, tooling, production, operations, and other relevant stakeholders to address internal and external non-commences, concerns and complaints.

Lead problem resolution for system, process, and product issues and subsequent implementation of containment actions. Able to determine root cause analysis and ensure effective implementation of corrective and/or preventative actions. Assist with the implementation, maintenance, monitoring and evaluation requirements within the business system including supplier quality management.
Train teams and individuals effectively on quality procedures, ensuring compliance to best practices across the business functions.
Provide instructions for successful implementation of process changes, including system, supplier, customer, engineering, and internal business changes. Support & develop other quality team members with their roles and responsibilities.
Quality Engineer
Knowledge of injection moulding process and tooling manufacturing process.
Previous quality assurance experience and demonstrated use of quality tools/methodology, including problem-solving methodologies.
Experienced in writing process documentation including Works Instructions, Quality Control Plans, and relevant quality documentation.
Knowledge and understanding of automotive core tools.
Knowledge and understanding of quality standards: Excellent attention to detail with a creative attitude and proactive nature
PC skills & experience in the use of MS Office
Good communication skills in English language, written & oral.
Willing to invest in continuous professional development.
