OptometristSidcup, DA14 6NDUp to £65,000 per annumWe are looking for an Optometrist to join our team at our Sidcup practice (full time or part time hours available 9am - 5:30pm and we don't open on a Sunday).

Paid professional fees (GOC and professional indemnity which is currently the AOP – pro rata if part time).As an integral member of our Optometrist team, we will provide you with an enjoyable professional working environment which is fun, open and where we are committed to supporting you, your professional development, and your personal wellbeing.

Salary up to £65,000 per annum (pro rata for part time hours).5 weeks' holiday, plus bank holidays (pro rata for part time hours).An additional day's holiday for your birthday each year.

Our eye tests are so thorough which is why we only employ highly trained Optometrists to provide our clients with the best quality care and getting to know your clients in more depth.

You will provide a 45-minute eye exam which gives you time to really understand your Clients' needs and lifestyle and then recommend solutions that fit best to that lifestyle by following the GOC and College of Optometry guidelines.

Alongside having your Optometry Degree and being GOC registered, our Optometrist will have excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to build strong relationships with your team members, peers, and clients.

Accuracy and attention to detail are vital for this role in line with being able to make clear recommendations and clinical decisions.
