    About the role - As a team Leader, reporting to the Senior Service Manager, your role is to oversee the day-to-day management of 2 supported living services, housing adults with learning disabilities.

    You and your team will provide one to one care to help the residents assess the community, do recreational activities, even going on holiday.

    Duties include managing the staff to ensure the service is ran in accordance with service specification, care plans, stakeholders and CQC regulations.

    Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience required - We are looking for an experienced Team Leader who has carried out supervisions, supported staff performance and staff training.
