We are a dynamic boutique law firm in central London seeking a talented and ambitious Associate to join our growing Contentious Trusts team.

About You:

• 3-10 years PQE with a strong track record in contentious trusts and estates work.
• Proven experience in handling a variety of disputes, including breach of trust claims, will challenges, claims under the Inheritance Act 1975, and undue influence.
• Excellent technical knowledge of trust law and private client litigation.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• A collaborative and results-oriented team player with a can-do attitude.
• The ability to manage your own caseload and meet deadlines effectively.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
