    AS Solutions are looking for an Electrical & Fire Alarm Contracts Manager to join our client based Eltham South east London.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling works and overseeing the day-to-day activities of our electrical team. Responsible for Health & Safety including RAMS and TBT's and the upkeep of their skills and CPD. Undertaking of tenders and managing project costs, and liaising with our Refurbishment and FRA departments with any joint projects. Ordering of materials for all works. Conducting monthly valuations/applications for contracts and invoicing, and run P&L reports. Client interaction, site surveys, and maintaining high levels of service at all times.

    Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day activities of the Electrical & Fire Alarm Team, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

    Prepare accurate costing using traditional methods and clients SOR's. A Profit & Loss for all works undertaken. Attend client meetings via Teams/Zoom and on-site to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress. Provide technical guidance to the electrical team. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continually improve our services. Undertake yearly NICEIC and BAFE Assessments.

    The candidate must have; Level 3 Qualified with Testing 2391, good design knowledge, and had a time-served career in the field.

    Must have held a similar Electrical role previously. ECS Gold Card or SMSTS and Asbestos Awareness. Time-served experience in Social Housing is but not essential. Strong understanding of electrical systems and installation methods, test certificates and codes, and regulations. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to undertake tenders and project quotes, and the procurement of materials and labour. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, wholesalers, and team members. Demonstrate good working practices at all times to the team.
