We are recruiting for detail-oriented data-processing officers to join our fast paced team supporting the Ministry of Justice in the Electronic Monitoring Team.

This role is based at our offices at Venus Building in Urmston, Manchester, M41 (parking available).

Data Processing Officer

What you'll be doing:

Reviewing documents, making decisions about what type of monitoring is required
Accurately processing data.
Raising queries and maintaining our queries process escalating to Senior Ministry of Justice Stakeholders if necessary

What we're looking for:

Excellent data entry and attention to detail
Experienced in working toward KPIs and targets
Excellent IT skills, including but not limited to Microsoft packages
Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written

Working Hours

This role is shift based, 40 hours per week Monday to Saturday - 09:30 to 18:00, 10:00 to 18:30 & 10:30 to 18:30 on rotational basis.
