    Hours: 9am – 6pm, one in every three Saturday 10am – 2pm

    One of London's leading estate agents specialising in residential property sales, lettings, property management and development. With 6 offices based around North London the established team manage exclusive properties in highly sought after locations.
    Assisting the Sales and Lettings Team
    Using Veco and RPS to upload property details and client information
    Typing and sending out valuation/instruction letters and other sales and lettings documents
    Preparing and updating property lists, property details and window cards
    Reception - making sure that the reception area is stocked up with property magazines
    Weekly stationery ordering via the online stationery system
    Updating the company website with property details as and when necessary
    Advertising – preparing and proof-reading for any adverts for publications
    Organising photography, floorplans and relevant statutory documents
    General administration duties and canvassing
    Management of gas safety and electrical safety system, arranging gas safety's and EICR's due – Monthly
    Chasing gas safety and electrical safety certificates and sending copies to Landlords & Tenants
    Administration of tenancy renewals including sending of initial letters to landlords, preparing renewal paperwork and chasing in signed renewal documents
    This is a fully office based role in West Hampstead.
    Excellent typing skills, grammar and proof reading skills are required.
    Excellent meet and greet and telephone manner
    Good IT skills including intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
    Previous office admin experience is a bonus but not a pre-requisite.
    Property or Administration background preferable
