A commercial property solicitor with 1 PQE +. General commercial property experience including sales, disposals, landlord and tenant, licenses etc.
Working closely with the firm's other property teams based across Manchester, Leeds and London, you will work on a range of transactional work including:
Advising on investment property matters, both freehold and leasehold
Acting for banks and other financial institutions
Advising of day-to-day commercial property matters including title investigations
