This is a great opportunity to join a well-established accident repair business currently located across various sites in the UK.
Our client is continuing to grow and develop their business to meet the requirements and demands of all their customers.
Because of this, they are now seeking an energetic, enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join their busy commercial parts department in Wolverhampton.
They are looking to recruit with an immediate start.What we need from you as an experienced Parts Advisor:
- 12 months experience working in a similar role
- The ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
In addition, the following would be beneficial (but not essential):
- A good working knowledge of body parts, trailers, paint and ancillary products
What the role involves:
This role is quite demanding, yet highly enjoyable, you will be working with industry leading products and suppliers and blue-chip work providers.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Accurately identify, price and order commercial vehicle and trailer parts
- Assist our workshop, customer services and estimating teams in selecting parts
- Keep accurate and update information on our body shop system
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure we are provided with the best service possible
- Answer phone calls providing price quotes and other information
- Pull and fill orders from stock
- Adherence to Health and Safety rules and regulations
- Manage busy stores area issuing stock
- Deal with returns items
- Check and receive orders from supplier and locate into correct areas
- Complete regular stock takes
Salary/Hours:
£25,857 pa (dependent on experience)
Hours:
- 45 hours per week (7.00am 4.30pm) Monday to Friday including breaks/lunch.
