Key Responsibilities:
- To be the principal point of contact for customer enquiries, incoming calls from our officers on the field and assisting our operation managers for Unplanned absences
- Assisting Our scheduling team with foward scheduling and the allocation of shifts
- Updating and closing out Reactive, PPM and Quoted jobs for engineers and subcontractors on CAFM Concept System.
- Carrying Out Welfare checks on our lone workers in the field
- Updating our timegate system on a regular basis
About You:
- Strong Customer service skills.
- Helpdesk experience in Facilities Management and working with the CAFM system, preferably Concept.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of propertyrelated issues.
- Exceptional telephone etiquettes
