Junior Private Client Solicitor 1 years PQE+ up to circa £50,000 dep on experience – New Malden, Surrey – Office based

Our client is a traditional, established firm of Solicitors with an excellent reputation. They are looking to boost their Private Client department with a further Solicitor ideally with at least 1 years PQE.

The role

You will join a team of 3 and manage your own caseload across a broad spectrum of private client matters which may include:

• Will drafting, both simple and complex
• Estate and tax planning
• Inheritance Tax & Capital Gains Tax advice
• Trusts
• Probate and Estate Administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney

What they are looking for

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 years PQE
• Proven ability to manage own caseload of private client matters
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated, clear thinking and able to carry out case work accurately
• Practical, calm and common-sense approach to problem solving
