    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operations over 20 Holiday Parks across North Wales. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the F&B department by maximising sales revenues and margins, whilst maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

    The Business:

  • Reporting to the Head of Operations and our family Directors, you will oversee the groups bars, food outlets, retail shops and new concession stands.
  • Your working pattern will include evenings and weekends in line with the operational needs of the business.
  • Working within budgeted guidelines and to a high standard, including tracking sales data and analysing profit margins.
  • Ensuring that food preparation and food hygiene standards are being met by all staff members.
  • Work in conjunction with Head of Entertainments to maximise our entertainment programmes with sales opportunities.
  • Managing stock controls across the parks. Ensuring our processes are documented and trained, liaising with external stock takers and ensuring results are followed up.
  • Ensure compliance with business operations and relevant food and beverage legislation.
  • Communicate regularly with our General/Park Managers, Food and Beverage Managers and Head Chefs.
  • Conduct regular park visits to review cellar security, line checks, food hygiene and quality of service.
  • The Person:

    We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager with a proven track record in managing large scale (or multi-site) food and beverage operations. A leader who is customer focused whilst ensuring our sales targets and legislative obligations are met.

    Skills we are looking for include:

  • Large scale Food & Beverage experience, preferably within the Holiday Park environment.
  • Multi-site management experience or multiple venues on a single site.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A motivated approach to improving and driving the business forward.
  • Proficient in financial management and planning.
  • Experience in the training and development of Food & Beverage teams.
  • Working knowledge of the current H&S and Food Safety legislation.
