We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operations over 20 Holiday Parks across North Wales. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the F&B department by maximising sales revenues and margins, whilst maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

The Business:

Reporting to the Head of Operations and our family Directors, you will oversee the groups bars, food outlets, retail shops and new concession stands.

Your working pattern will include evenings and weekends in line with the operational needs of the business.

Working within budgeted guidelines and to a high standard, including tracking sales data and analysing profit margins.

Ensuring that food preparation and food hygiene standards are being met by all staff members.

Work in conjunction with Head of Entertainments to maximise our entertainment programmes with sales opportunities.

Managing stock controls across the parks. Ensuring our processes are documented and trained, liaising with external stock takers and ensuring results are followed up.

Ensure compliance with business operations and relevant food and beverage legislation.

Communicate regularly with our General/Park Managers, Food and Beverage Managers and Head Chefs.

Conduct regular park visits to review cellar security, line checks, food hygiene and quality of service.

The Person:

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager with a proven track record in managing large scale (or multi-site) food and beverage operations. A leader who is customer focused whilst ensuring our sales targets and legislative obligations are met.

Skills we are looking for include:

Large scale Food & Beverage experience, preferably within the Holiday Park environment.

Multi-site management experience or multiple venues on a single site.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

A motivated approach to improving and driving the business forward.

Proficient in financial management and planning.

Experience in the training and development of Food & Beverage teams.

Working knowledge of the current H&S and Food Safety legislation.
