Pangea Talent Solutions is partnered with a £4bn+ AUM mid-market core infrastructure fund manager in London who invest into renewable energy, transport, utilities, telecoms and social infrastructure companies across Europe. As they continue to grow their portfolio, they are looking to expand their Asset Management team by adding another Analyst or Associate (depending on experience) who will support the proactive asset management of their large portfolio alongside industry partners and the investment team to create value long term.

The role:

• Collaborate on day-to-day asset management with investment, operations, and industry partner teams.
• Drive key initiatives with company management for business plan execution and value enhancement.
• Execute strategic moves: refinancings, negotiations, regulatory reviews, and acquisitions.
• Identify and tackle critical asset risks with company management teams.
• Enhance and oversee periodic reporting, addressing significant deviations.
• Deliver concise updates on portfolio company progress.
• Collaborate with operations for accurate and timely reporting, including asset valuations.

The candidate:

• 2+ years financial modelling experience in investment, corporate, or consultancy roles.
• Proven track record in building positive relationships.
• Understanding of legal, technical, regulatory, and commercial aspects of infrastructure assets (preferred).
• Knowledge of internal and investor reporting.
• Strong quantitative skills, including financial modelling.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ambitious and motivated team player
• Spanish speaker preferred
