A Day in the Life of an
RMN:
Step into the dynamic world of community mental health nursing, where your role is paramount in delivering compassionate care to patients.
Your responsibilities include:Conducting regular visits to patients in the community to ensure their needs are met.
Administering prescribed medications promptly and effectively.
Engaging with patients to understand their conditions, facilitating optimal care plans, and monitoring progress.
Conducting thorough risk assessments to maintain patient safety.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Active NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse.
Demonstrated experience in community nursing.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
Flexibility to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
A deep commitment to delivering top-quality care to every patient.
Working Hours and Contract Duration:
Join our team and enjoy a flexible schedule, with 3-4 days of work per week, from 08:00 to 20:00. The initial contract spans a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility of extending indefinitely.
