- Responsible the allocation and utilisation of Resources within the department to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand skills and aspirations and identify opportunities for individuals to develop and utilise their skill-set.
- Proactively Manage all Resource requests and highlighting any concerns to the Resourcing Managers/Head of Resourcing
- Interpret and produce meaningful Management information and provide timely information to Executive management team
- Work alongside the Resource Manager/Head of Resourcing to ensure service is aligned to the overall strategy and vision of the Department
- Daily Monitoring of the Resourcing Inbox and Emails kept to a minimum to ensure all data is accurate and up to date
- Demonstrable experience of Resource scheduling/ allocation in a professional services firm
- Experience of using a resource booking system, ideally Retain
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
- Good communication skills
- Judgement – ability to take a situation and reach a suitable conclusion based on information available
- Proactive, self motivated and good attention to detail
- Planning and organisational skills – ensuring deadlines are met
- Customer focus – ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
