Permanent**Working for one of the most prestigious hotels in the UK, the role for Reception Manager is one of the most important roles for providing impeccable customer service as well as leaving a good impression for guests.

Responsibilities of the Reception Manager:
- Plan departmental strategy and ensure business and customer service goals are reached
- Producing weekly reception rota to reflect business needs
- Training and coaching team members on the job
- Have ability to communicate with managers and directors to be able to report on business levels for the given shift
- First port of call to subordinates
- Previous experience in hospitality management i.e. restaurant manager, reception manager
- Polite and welcoming character, with a high standard of written and spoken English
- Ability to use Opera PMS and Microsoft Office
