    Role Overview:

    As a Residential Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of residential projects.

    Your primary focus will be on managing contracts related to residential housing sites. We're looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tier 1 Residential Contracts Manager.

    Responsibilities:


    Project Management:
    Oversee the entire lifecycle of residential projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and adherence to budget.

    Contract Administration:
    Manage contracts, including reviewing terms, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance.

    Stakeholder Communication:
    Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

    Risk Management:
    Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts and project delivery.

    Quality Assurance:
    Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality across all residential sites.

    Health and Safety:
    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site

    Requirements:

    Experience:
    Minimum of 3 years as a Tier 1 Residential Contracts Manager.

    Qualifications:
    Technical qualification in building, construction, or design preferred.

    Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Leadership:
    Ability to lead and motivate project teams effectively.

    Problem-Solving:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    Driving License:
    A valid driving license is required
