    Position Summary: At twelveNYC our strength is the efficiency with which we deliver leading-edge products and support to those we serve. To help us continue our growth, we're seeking an agile Development and Sourcing Coordinator to join our highly skilled team. As an ideal candidate, you have proven experience managing developing client relationships in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. Your organizational, communication, and leadership skills are second to none and you enjoy developing solutions that push innovative boundaries.

    Responsibilities:

    • Gain a deep understanding of each client's unique brand guidelines to maintain consistency throughout the entire project
    • Establish consistent cross-functional partnerships with multiple teams
    • Identifies appropriate factory partners within our global supply chain and promptly provides information to the development partner for quoting and cross-quoting.
    • Manages ongoing vendor communication, ensuring timely updates and responses are provided daily.
    • Assertively negotiates costing and timelines with domestic and overseas factory partners to achieve competitive pricing, production/delivery dates, and high-quality products aligned with client briefs.
    • Acts as a forward-thinking and solution-oriented partner to the UK development team, collaborating closely with vendors on material sourcing, pricing challenges, timeline hurdles, etc.
    • Manages projects from initial specification creation through to pre-production approval and final production stages.
    • Reviews all levels of samples before reaching the UK development partner, making necessary callouts and fixes with vendors immediately.
    • Collaborates with Compliance/QA teams on testing schedules, auditing processes, and sample arrangements.

    Requirements:

    • 1-3 years of product development and sourcing experience
    • Exercise judgment and project management skills to balance priorities, organize with teams to meet, and clearly communicate needs to overseas factories
    • Solution-based, demonstrates excellent creativity in problem solving and decision-making skills
    • Must be flexible, open-minded, and able to pivot quickly to changing project priorities as necessary
    • Ability to work after-hours and on different time zones when necessary
    • Entrepreneurial spirit with desire to take ownership of large-scale programs
    • A knowledge of materials, finishes, and print techniques
    • Inspired by product design and interest to tell stories through tangible product
