Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers that need support with getting back into work and enrolling them onto our Employability Programme.
  • Referring customers onto courses to support them back into work
  • Working with stake holders across 12 boroughs of London to help clients back into work
  • Completing registration on new referrals and ensuring they are processed
  • Send out weekly comms to external partners with current vacancies, opportunities and training to increase referrals for our jobready customers.
  • Source and build partnerships with multidisciplinary teams and agencies.
  • Be first point of contact to provide promotional & informative overviews of Get Set UK services, gaining participant commitment to positively focus on their employment journey.
  • Conduct initial screening checks for eligibility criteria on various programmes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external provision when necessary to promote Get Set services.
  • Provide a sense of authority to the customers and enable them to feel more confident & strengthened.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and motivate others to develop and grow industryspecific knowledge and skills.
  • Deliver a highquality service in line with Get Set UK's delivery model.
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy with all aspects of service delivery.
  • Create awareness amongst the employers about our company's vision of equal opportunities and values.
  • Provide customers with quality constructive feedback that allows them to improve and prepare for the dynamic work environment.
  • Provide support to stakeholders to enable them to sustain employment through good practice and overcome any foreseen barriers.
  • Ability to travel to different locations across London
  • Experience in Sales, eg ability to sell courses, programme to clients
  • Experience in supporting vulnerable client groups, e.g., young care leavers, asylum seekers, care leavers, clients seeking employment, ex offenders
  • Understand the challenges faced by vulnerable client groups, people living with mental health conditions, substance misuse issues, a history of offending behaviour, homelessness.
  • Experience in assessing an individual's needs and the ability to tailor and deliver a support plan based on these.
  • Experience working with multiple agencies.
  • The ability to manage your own caseload and manage time effectively.
  • Competent in using IT systems to record visit updates.
  • Experienced in working in a targetdriven market and exceeding expectations.
  • Good diary management skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel 365.

£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
