- Deliver clear operational direction, leadership, and development to your team of operational staff
- Closely monitor KPIs and performance levels, ensuring that we're always meeting or exceeding our SLAs
- Manage the allocation of work on a daily basis, controlling headcount and overtime budgets and ensuring cost, quality and delivery targets met
- Create and maintain a positive team culture and spirit, encouraging involvement from all team members
- Previous experience in managing a team in a large, fast-paced warehouse environment
- Excellent working knowledge of the warehousing process
- Confidence in the use of a warehouse management system
- The ability to effectively lead and manage a large team

We are currently expanding at our ASOS site in Barnsley (S72 7GX) and are looking for a Warehouse First Line Managers to join our team. You'll lead a team of people and co-ordinate activities to achieve business goals, through focussing on continuous improvement and promoting a team based culture.
We currently have 4 roles being offered on a full-time permanent basis, working any 5 out of 7 on afternoon shift.
