Reporting directly into the Head of Estimation you will be able to hands on lead the pricing of industrial , new build and commercial buildings.

A small project would be £5 Million with a sweet spot of £25-30 Million.
Are you an Estimator with a strong understanding of build ability and program. Can you price profitable work and see where the money is within the tender? Happy to hands on price working within a small team ?

Do you have the following :
~Pricing Experience as an Estimator
~ Able to price from first principles if needed
~ Happy to be based in a Head Office working in a team ( NO * Remote working thank you)
~ Strong understanding and knowledge across Steel, Concrete and Groundworks Sub contractors
~ Do you have your finger on the pulse and able to pick up the phone to the supply chain
