A market leading, commercial office design and build company based in Central London are seeking a proactive and pragmatic Head of Health and Safety to join their fast paced and dynamic team.
The Head of Health and Safety Role
This successful Head of Health and Safety will be joining a company with over 150 people, working on projects from £100k to £10m in value with a strong bias towards high end, modern and luxury office fit out in the commercial sector.
- Lead the businesses H&S ambitions and look to drive standards.
- Review and report back to management H&S standards from audits onsite
- Communicate well with onsite and office staff.
- Be able to further develop the role, highlight and create solutions for any inadequacies found.
- Join a dynamic team in a fastpaced environment.
The Head of Health and Safety
- IOSH membership
- NEBOSH Level 6 in Diploma in Health and Safety
- Must have experience within a Directorship or Managerial position previously.
- Hold a degree qualification in a Construction or health and safety discipline.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to build good working relationships.
In Return?
- £80,000 - £100,000 (DoE)
- Car allowance or Car Scheme to be discussed.
- Extremely competitive Performance based bonus scheme paid annually.

- 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays
