    Product Governance Analyst

    To support and embed the overall Bank's Product Governance Framework, whilst supporting the Senior Product Managers with identifying gaps or issues with our consumer products and monitoring remedial actions.

    You will control the ownership of relevant policies, and procedure and ensure these are embedded throughout the product lifecycle.

    In addition, you will ensure systems and controls are in place, throughout the entire product lifecycle, and meet both FCA and PRA regulatory requirements.

    Develop and own the Outcome Based Testing proposition in relation to our consumer products. This will include the monthly or quarterly preparation, testing, and developing a report to submit to Customer Committee.
    Conduct Product Reviews liaising with (in conjunction with the Senior Product Manager) Internal Audit and Compliance Monitoring in respect of any reviews and follow up actions of updating the relevant Procedures and Processes

    Liaise with Compliance Monitoring, Internal and External Audits in respect of any annual reviews relating to QA and OBT.

    Control and manage the ownership of the product governance framework and associated policies and procedures. Facilitate reporting and presentation of performance metrics against the controls and service frameworks.
    Taking an active lead in executing certain projects as and when required.
    Supporting all incident and risk identification, escalation, and resolution.
    Undertake risk event reviews and analysis root causes analysis and adequacy of actions to address weaknesses. Provide independent assurance of compliance with policies.
    Monitor and review customer feedback (both internal and external) utilising data such as NPS and Trustpilot as appropriate.
    Monitor and review customer complaints to assess any trend and link to processes and procedures improvements.
