OPERATIONS MANAGER

SOUTHWEST LONDON

Up to £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits


A thriving Financial Institution based in Southwest London is looking for an Operations Manager to join their fast-paced and exciting team.


ABOUT THE ROLE


The Operations Manager will be responsible for the operations team consisting of an Assistant Operations Manager and 6 Operation Administrators.

You will ensure that you team deliver a high-quality service to all customers, solicitors and third parties,identifying and solving business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Operations Manager your key duties will include:

  • Managing the operations team, tracking their progress through key quality metrics, identifying learning and development needs and reporting results to Senior Management
  • Building rapports with Senior members of staff and Stakeholder's direct reports and Head of Operations to effectively manage the operations team
  • Producing MI for government forms, and reporting quality and productivity metrics to Senior management
  • Increase the performance of team members through empowering, nurturing, encouraging an inclusive culture, and giving regular constructive feedback
  • Overseeing staff training, and compliance with business policies, procedures, SLAs and Governance and Compliance requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be considered for the role of Operations Manager
, you must have:

  • Previous experience as an Operations Manager is essential and a Legal/Financial Services background is preferred
  • Preferably educated to degree level, or equivalent
  • Proven experience managing, coaching, and training individuals and a team effectively
  • Strong time management, organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills
  • Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively manage conflict
  • Advanced IT Skills, including Microsoft office
