Page Personnel are recruiting for a Credit Controller to join a business within the Legal Industry, based in Leeds city centre, to work part-time 22.5 hours per week.

Page Personnel are recruiting for a Credit Controller to join a business within the Legal Industry, based in Leeds city centre, to work part-time 22.5 hours per week.

My client is within the Legal industry and they are looking to expand their team and hirea Credit Controller. This person who will be responsible for the daily workings of the collection of aged fees. This role can be split over 3 days, and hybrid working from home and the office is possible.


Description

  • Collection of Private Fees that are outside the remit of Junior/outsourced Fees Credit Control
  • Managing the Fee Queries from Solicitors/Firms
  • Collection of Fees requested directly from members
  • Dealing with payment queries
  • Supporting the Fees Credit Control Manager with Key Account Customers and ad hoc fees
  • Working alongside our external Fee Collections Team
  • Management of payment plans
  • Supporting the Fees Team with any ad hoc tasks
  • Provide Fee Collection Reporting
  • Supervise Fee Collections clerks, first step of escalation process
  • Support the fees Credit Control Manager with any inteam training requirements

Profile

  • Credit Control experience for a minimum of 2 years
  • Professional demeanour
  • Excellent time keeping
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Maths and English at GCSE level
  • IT Literate (MS Office)
  • Experience of with LEX system is desirable but not essential

Job Offer

  • Up to £27,000 (full time equivalents salary)
