Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Provide oneonone or small group tutoring sessions to students in need of academic assistance
Develop personalized lesson plans and teaching strategies based on students' individual needs
Assist students with homework assignments and test preparation
Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians
Utilize effective teaching methods to engage and motivate students
Adapt teaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in tutoring or teaching Functional Skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to effectively educate and engage with children of different ages and backgrounds
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to create structured lesson plans
Flexibility to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs
