Our client is looking for a Digital Design Manager who is passionate and driven
. This position will include leading the business service design team, the team is responsible for designing business services within the global customer interactionteam that enhance their digital presence in the retail sector across various areas including eCommerce, Mobile, Web, CRM and Marketing.

As part of a hugely ambitious global change programme you will focus on customer loyalty, overall experience, business benefitsand how technology is used to aid consumer experience and deliver value to the business.

Some of the things you would be doing:

  • Responsible for ensuring the global services meet the needs of the business and they remain current and effective in today's fast-moving world.
  • Leading within your work streams, including driving business engagement, and managing a global community of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design and lead worldclass services that blend digital, physical, and human interactions across multiple touch points, smartly bringing together user needs, business goals and technical realities.
  • Lead, coach and motivate a team that represents a primary interface between the business and the central IT organisation to drive ongoing development and improvement in their service portfolio.

Is it you?

  • Proven experience working within Service Design, customer centric transformation, business change, eCommerce or digital transformation (
    Must Have).
  • Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and senior business leaders
  • Comfortable and familiar with technology in the domain of Loyalty and Customer Interaction
  • Previous management experience
  • Excellent communication and comfortability to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Analytical and excellent numerical skills
  • Degree level or equivalent

Salary:
£60,000 to £80,000 + excellent benefits & perks
