    As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of our company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and devising strategies to achieve sales targets.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
    * Relationship Building:
    • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
    • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to promote our products/services and secure new business partnerships.
    • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
    * Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
    • Identify areas for improvement and optimization in the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
    * Reporting and Performance Analysis:

    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Business Development or Telesales background.
    • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
