Description

As the Senior Designer you will:

• Oversee and own the creative direction of projects, going beyond just taking a brief. You will work collaboratively with the team and your clients to craft innovative solutions, ensuring every aspect is tailored to meet the clients unique needs.
• Take storyboards and translate them into impactful creative themes and visual identities that can be applied to video production, animation, visual identities and PowerPoint presentations.
• Bring ideas to life, overseeing projects from conception to completion, to ensure that the end result is impactful, engaging and delivers on the initial vision.

Experience

To be considered for the role of Senior Designer, you will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering impactful and engaging creative projects and any experience in PowerPoint would be an added bonus. You will also need to:

• Possess a strong ability to interpret client needs and requirements and then create visual output that is both impactful and engaging.
• Have the confidence to take and understand stories and messaging directly from clients and be comfortable presenting your thinking and direction back to clients.
• Demonstrate you have a portfolio full of beautifully crafted designs, that showcase your eye for typography, colour, composition and branding.
• Have a strong knowledge of Illustrator & Photoshop, with After Effects, Premier Pro, and InDesign highly desirable.
• Demonstrate you have the ability to work to brand guidelines, but push those brand guidelines to produce forward thinking design solutions.

Remuneration

With a salary of up to £37,000 and some brilliant benefits and office environment, this is a stellar opportunity for any senior designer looking for a change or a middleweight designer now ready for that next step up. They also work on a hybrid basis, 3 days in the office.
