We are looking to appoint a Postdoctoral Researcher to join a clinical research group working on the neurobiology of psychotic disorders, and using this knowledge to develop new treatments.

You will report to Dr Robert McCutcheon. The post is full-time and is based in the Department of Psychiatry at the Warneford Hospital, Oxford.

The post is for a fixed term (funded for 12 months) with the possibility of extension.
- would be required for Grade 7 role.


You will be involved in the set up and running of experimental medicine studies, testing the effects of novel medications in individuals with psychotic disorders.

You will be able to contribute to a range of projects, including analysing the effects of interventions on neuroimaging measures and cognitive outcome, the development of clinical services, the conducting of meta-analyses and the analysis of pre-acquired clinical data.
