Requirements for the Hospital Manager (RMN/Mental Health) role:
You must have a Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN)

Valid NMC Pin

Clear DBS

Experience within a similar level role and environment

Extensive knowledge of CQC regulations and current/previous CQC registration


About the Mental Health Hospital:
Our client provides acute care to Adults with Mental Health conditions.

The role of a Hospital Manager (RMN/Mental Health) within the Mental Health Hospital involves:

Being accountable for the hospitals clinical and commercial performance

Assessing and supervising the work of members of staff, ensuring that their training is up to date and in line with internal and external policies

Holding regular meetings with service users, relatives and external agencies

Developing, implementing and monitoring systems and policies

Monitoring and reviewing accident reports, ensuring the relevant bodies are informed

Ensuring that the Hospital is compliant with internal and external policies and procedures

Managing and staying within the agreed budget

Endeavouring to fill any job vacancies and maintaining safe levels of staffing
