Description
Supporting, managing, and training junior team members (analyst) throughout transaction process.Production of other bespoke modelling and client materials (e.g options papers, pricing analysis, covenant analysis).
Managing the information flow and key process management documentation (NDA's, Release Letters, etc)
e Financial DD, Commercial DD, Legal DD)
Preparation of marketing materials and maintenance of internal proprietary databases.
Financial Services
Minimum of 18 months experience in either Debt Advisory, Private Credit, Leveraged Finance, Corporate Finance or Corporate Banking.
Must be proficient in PowerPoint (e.g. experience creating IM's or external presentations) and Excel financial modelling (i.e. LBO/covenant analysis/integrated 3 statement models).
Bachelors or Master's degree from a top university.
Additional qualifications such as CFA, ACA or MBA is helpful but not a pre-requisite. Debt Advisory firm with a vast network of leading private equity sponsors and corporates.
