Business Functions

Core Duties/Responsibilities

  • Working with colleagues as part of an Operational team, ensuring the resident CPC Shift Leader is kept up to date on progress and performance, with any issues immediately escalated.
  • Ensuring that the various IT systems employed by CPC are operating correctly.
  • Deal with electronic data where the register was not updated in the first pass.
  • Monitor data flows on the EQ systems to ensure that they process at optimum speeds.
  • Manage exceptions to ensure that EQ and EUI remain in balance.
  • Liaise with various areas of EQ and EUI regarding the input and monitoring of data.
  • Monitor the creation, despatch and processing of EQ's reconciliation data each evening.
  • Covering an extended day from 06:00 (UK) to 20:30 (UK) via 3 rotating shift patterns.
