Post Trade NFT Test Analyst, Financial Services, City of London/Hybrid

Company:

My client, a well-known Financial Services organization, is seeking a Post trade Non-functional test analyst, with strong knowledge and experience in Non-Functional, Performance and J-metre scripting to join them in the City of London on a contract basis.

You will be required to be onsite 2 days a week which includes a dedicated Team Day. This is an exciting time to join as the organization is currently undergoing a huge transformation.

Role:

Strong scripting experience on JMeter
Ability to harness/script using JMeter, and/or other opensource tools.
Experience with FIX Protocol, TCPbased Binary messages, and HTTP/Websockets
Ability to analyse and interpret system utilisation metrics, CPU, memory, JAVA heap size etc.
Strong knowledge of Performance, Capacity, Stress Testing Techniques/Methods/Tools
Knowledge of Operating Systems, preferably Windows and Linux (including scripting of both) and performance tuning of Linux
Knowledge of relational databases (preferably MS-SQL Server and MySQL) and web servers (preferably IIS)
Knowledge of performance monitoring of Operating Systems and relational databases like Oracle/MySQL/MS-SQL servers and Web Servers (IIS)

Experience in Financial Services (ideally post trade or clearing):

Knowledge of SWIFT and FIX protocols and experience with multicast messages:
Performance and failover testing experience in a professional environment

Working Hours & Flexible Working:

Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm), 2 days onsite in the London office.
