SALARY:
£30k basic plus un-capped commission





HOURS:
8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

My client is looking to appoint an
Internal Sales Representative for Business to Business sales. This is an office based role and my client is looking to build a vibrant, dynamic, "buzzing" internal team.

The company has been exceeding targetsand is now expanding, so this is a great opportunity to join a growing organisation at an exciting time.


It is essential that you are an experienced Telesales/outbound call centre sales person.


As part of the role you will maintain a thorough understanding of products and services, process sales and meet sales goals.

You must be able to quickly understand the customer's requirements and secure face to face appointments for the external sales team.

The role requires discipline to focus on being proactive and focused on the telesales task at hand, it will be a core part of the sales function delivering continuous results.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Securing appointments and face to face meetings for BDM's.
  • Securing demonstrations of the company's range of products
  • Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients and new partnerships.
  • Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs.
  • Attending conferences and events when required.
  • Communicating with potential customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify opportunities.
  • Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of the product range.
  • Maintaining and improving the database of prospects.
  • Researching for new leads.
  • Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor products.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Make outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell our core service whilst understanding the scope of the opportunity.
  • Answers questions about our service offering and make relevance to similar sites we have previously deployed or that sit within our portfolio.
  • Understand whether there is a wider opportunity sat behind the initial lead and how this can be followed up.
  • Accurately and efficiently enter customer information into company databases giving full transparency of any conversations and/or actions required
  • Maintain a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches.
  • Arrange follow up consultation video and/or phone calls with customers to pass onto the external sales team for follow up.
  • Contact customers in response to correspondence or feedback
  • Maintain working knowledge of products and services sold, new sites deployed and any other relevant company news that will be beneficial to your role.
  • Liaise with core members of the service delivery team including sales, operations, service delivery and client services where necessary ensuring that all communication is recorded on the CRM system.
  • Deliver consistent results in line with expectation.

It is essential that you have the following skills:

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets.
