    Position Overview:

    We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Transaction Services Manager to play a pivotal role in our corporate finance division. The ideal candidate will lead our Transaction Services team, providing strategic guidance and overseeing the execution of financial due diligence projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing organization and work with a dedicated team of professionals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Project Leadership: Lead and manage transaction services engagements, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of financial due diligence services to clients.
    2. Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of transaction services professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
    3. Client Interaction: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
    4. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, evaluate business performance, identify potential risks, and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
    5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments within the organization, such as legal, tax, and valuation teams, to ensure a holistic approach to client service.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Plus ACA/ ACCA qualification
    2. Proven experience (2+ years) in transaction services, due diligence, or a related field within the corporate finance sector.
    3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
    4. Exceptional analytical and financial modelling skills, coupled with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for clients.
    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    6. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering accurate and thorough work in a fast-paced environment.
